As a general rule, we do not accept returns, exchanges, size changes, or refunds for purchased items. If the product is obviously defective, or if you receive an item that is different from the one you purchased, please contact us using the Contact Us form. We will respond with a replacement or refund. Crane Jewelry Plug-ins are digital products and cannot be returned. |
